Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Islamic Studies/Arabic, Business Discipline / Marketing / any other disciplines.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marketing & Selling of various Islami Liability/Deposit and Asset/Investment Products & Credit Card.
∎ Identify potential clients for Corporate, SME & Retail Investment.
∎ Responsible for achieving all sales targets.
∎ Participate in campaign and marketing initiatives to procure deposit, investment and no. of accounts organized by CHQ.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns.
∎ Report time to time on marketing activities to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure customer service accurately & timely.
∎ Address customer requirements promptly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
∎ Knowledge of Islami Sariah, Islami Asset & Liability Products.
∎ Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Amicable personality & Positive attitude.
∎ Capable to work as a team player.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Sales commission based on performance
