Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master in any discipline from any reputed university (3rd Class/Division or CGPA below 2.50 in any examination will not be allowed)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact the borrowers on regular basis to collect the due payments.
∎ Attend customers and meet their queries regarding liabilities & payments.
∎ Visit delinquent borrowers/guarantors and/or other relevant areas to regularize the accounts.
∎ Communicate the customers through e-mail and letters.
∎ Update client information in MIS and keep records.
∎ Achieve the monthly collection target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in similar field will get preference but not mandatory.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Flexible about working hours & official visit, result driven and able to work independently to achieve assigned target.
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
