∎ Age at most 40 years; may be relaxed in case of exceptionally deserving candidates.
∎ Minimum 5 (five) years of banking experience in the related field i.e. Corporate Liability Marketing/Cash Management/Transaction Banking).
∎ Graduate (minimum) from any reputed University.
∎ Good understanding of Liability Marketing & Cash Management products and services.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Efficient management of allocated portfolios, customer feedback and handling complaints.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience.
∎ Adequate computer literacy to work on online software modules and MS Office packages.
∎ Efficiency in time management.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
∎ Strong ethics and reliability.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contribute to the Bank’s overall Asset & Liability growth by developing high-quality corporate customers.
∎ Onboard new corporate customers with potential business opportunities and achieve assigned business targets.
∎ Generate new business while cross-selling different products of the Bank.
∎ Plan and ensure mobilization of low-cost funds by offering innovative and market standard solutions.
∎ Self-motivated with a good business network in Government sectors, Semi-Government and Private sectors.
∎ Ensure compliance of AML and regulatory policies/rules and regulations.
∎ Ability to understand customer requirements, negotiate with customers regarding booking of business and ensure utilization of credit line.
∎ Follow market changes to identify new opportunities.
∎ Drive different sales promotions and campaigns.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Enhance the Bank’s lending and deposit mix through various initiatives and strategies.
∎ Ensure and manage business risks.
∎ Make regular visits to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by the Management.
