Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from any reputed University.
∎ MBA/PGD in HRM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review existing training programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention to meet the changing needs of the organization.
∎ Identify the close gaps in existing staff members' skills through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
∎ Plan, form and implement each year's training calendar, training materials by maintaining standards.
∎ Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically.
∎ Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization.
∎ Identify problems and opportunities such as operational changes that training could improve.
∎ Conduct and facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
∎ Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
∎ Ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
∎ Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
∎ Prepare and implement training budget.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Thorough understanding of training processes.
∎ Ability to moderate large groups.
∎ Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
