Capacity Development, Training, Training and Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of new training programs/initiatives & value additions to existing programs and content
∎ Good communication, presentation and mentoring skills with distinguished abilities in developing training plans, procedures and service standards for business excellence
∎ Conduct TTT for Trainers and Office Heads, inculcating team spirit and retention of employees
∎ Preparation of training dashboards and MIS of region
∎ Responsible for Competitor and Market movement
∎ Responsible for Training effectiveness and Post training sessions
∎ Drive new activities to positively impact business through team and by yourself
∎ Timely completion of Scheduled training
∎ Target Goal sheet Achievement of Mapped Regions
∎ Preparing Monthly training calendar and adhering to the training schedule
∎ Preparation and maintenance of all Training Modules, MIS, Audit Documents, Attendance Records, Feedback forms, Monitoring/Measurement records, JFW etc in a scientific manner
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required and assigned as per organizational priorities
