Responsibilities & Context:

• Training Instructor Responsibilities

• Skill Development

• Teach operators correct sewing techniques, machine handling, and garment construction methods.

• Ensure trainees understand both speed and quality requirements.

• Quality Assurance

• Demonstrate how to achieve consistent stitching, seam strength, and finishing.

• Monitor trainees’ output and correct errors early to avoid bulk production defects.

• Efficiency Training

• Introduce best practices for minimising waste, thread usage, and fabric handling.

• Guide operators on time-and-motion efficiency to meet production targets.

• At the conclusion of the training, the operator`s efficiency must reach at least 65%.

• Mentorship

• Encourage confidence and discipline among new operators.

• Provide constructive feedback and motivate workers to improve continuously.

• Safety & Compliance

• Train workers on safe machine operation and workplace ergonomics.

• Promote compliance with factory safety standards and labor regulations.
