Training Instructor Responsibilities
Skill Development
Teach operators correct sewing techniques, machine handling, and garment construction methods.
Ensure trainees understand both speed and quality requirements.
Quality Assurance
Demonstrate how to achieve consistent stitching, seam strength, and finishing.
Monitor trainees’ output and correct errors early to avoid bulk production defects.
Efficiency Training
Introduce best practices for minimising waste, thread usage, and fabric handling.
Guide operators on time-and-motion efficiency to meet production targets.
At the conclusion of the training, the operator`s efficiency must reach at least 65%.
Mentorship
Encourage confidence and discipline among new operators.
Provide constructive feedback and motivate workers to improve continuously.
Safety & Compliance
Train workers on safe machine operation and workplace ergonomics.
Promote compliance with factory safety standards and labor regulations.
