∎ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

∎ Lead Training & Development throughout the organization
∎ Prepare Training module & Conducting competency-based training program.
∎ Prepare annual Training plan & Training budget.
∎ Identify & assess present & future training needs through job analysis, career path, annual performance appraisal & consultation with line managers.
∎ Maintain & Disseminate Knowledge management process.
∎ Monitor & Evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically & report on them.
∎ Lead Training & Development throughout the organization
