Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the Trainee/Apprentices training cycles are maintained as per SOP.
∎ Conduct up-skill sewing operators training program for existing workers.
∎ Maintain Trainee/Apprentices database both hardcopy & softcopy.
∎ Share training progress reports on regular intervals to line supervisor.
∎ Ensure mobile account opening for Trainee/Apprentices operators.
∎ Monitor Trainee/Apprentices activities/ process efficiency in production floor and keep record.
∎ Support to select and recruit Trainee/Apprentices for Training Center by following SOP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
