Responsibilities & Context:
Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do the necessary task of PP meeting.
Preparing style-wise master file creating detailed records for each style.
Layout follow-up and first output garments review.
Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments.
Review all process in packaging processes.
Ensure end product quality before final inspection.
Monitor and cross check, measurements, labeling, folding, and packing quality as per buyer guidelines.
Arrange final inspection with all requirement of the buyer.
Ensure everything of QC file and sample in bulk garments.
Work as a buyer QC representative in the garments factory.
Helping with the Pre-final & Final inspection process.
GPQ ensures that garments meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of quality, fit, and appearance.
GPQ involves monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
By continuously striving to enhance quality, manufacturers can stay competitive, adapt to market trends, and meet evolving customer demands.
Any other task assigned by Management.
