• Install, configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, access points and firewalls.

• Install and maintain network connectivity across the organization.

• Monitor network availability and performance daily.

• Monitor server availability and ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Monitor ETS network devices and production dashboard/display systems.

• Perform scheduled hardware maintenance and maintain proper documentation such as ISO.

• Execute user email backup procedures and maintain backup records.

• Resolve daily IT-related issues and provide technical support to end users.

• Maintain and update the IT ticketing system regularly.

• Monitor and maintain Pi-hole, Zabbix, Bio-Time, VCloud Matrix and IIS Web Systems.

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras and NVR systems such as Area Masking and Audio Alarm.

• Monitor CCTV footage and maintain footage logbooks.

• Coordinate CCTV installation and placement activities.

• Install, configure and maintain biometric attendance devices.

• Perform attendance machine data synchronization.

• Follow up on employee attendance records and Bio-time system updates.

• Prepare monthly IT budget proposals and submit for approval.

• Maintain hardware maintenance logs.

• Maintain monthly email backup logs.

• Ensure all IT documentation and logbooks are properly maintained.
