Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and talented recent graduates to join our team as Trainee Software Engineers. This for fresh graduates with strong academic result who are passionate about software development and eager to build expertise in .NET technologies, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Relational databases like MSSQL or others, and Python.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in software design, development, testing, and maintenance activities.

• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

• Apply Object-Oriented Programming principles in real-world projects.

• Design, write, and optimize database queries using Microsoft SQL Server.

• Assist in developing automation tools and scripts using Python.

• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and QA teams.

• Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support.

• Learn and adapt to modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices.

• Maintain proper documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills:

• Training on .Net/Python technology from BITM or any other recognized organization will be an added advantage.

• Solid understanding of:

  • C#

  • Web technology

  • OOP concepts

  • Database fundamentals (MSSQL/MySQL/ PostgreSQL)

  • Python programming

  • Data structures and algorithms

• Familiarity with:

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • REST APIs

  • Version control systems like Git

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Data Science, data analytics, or machine learning concepts

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Passion for learning new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or exposure to AI-driven development tools/workflows will be a plus

• Exposure to cloud platforms or DevOps practices will be a plus

• Internship, thesis, or project experience in relevant technical domains is advantageous

Education:

• Recent graduate with B.Sc. (Engg.) in CSE / B.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized university.

• Strong academic record with a good CGPA.
