Responsibilities & Context:
Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of machinery at customer sites in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all mechanical and electrical devices promptly.
Experienced in the installation of digital printing machinery (Signage Machine) used in the garments and printing industries.
Diagnose technical faults and effectively troubleshoot equipment issues.
Coordinate with the office to ensure the availability and timely replacement of necessary spare parts.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate service records, including job reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts usage.
Prepare and submit service reports to the service manager in a timely manner.
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures during all service activities.
Available for service support 24/7.
