Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to sell retail deposit products.
∎ Ability to achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
∎ Ensure client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required information and documents from prospective customers.
∎ Ensure building and maintaining sustainable relationship with new clients by providing proper services.
∎ Ensure Customer Due Diligence (CDD) while booking business.
∎ Ensure genuineness of all documents collected from the clients.
∎ Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensure strict compliance of OBL’s rules, regulations and HR policies.
∎ Ensure service excellence to the clients while providing services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
