Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Any fresh graduate from top level textile university can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comply with all existing companies rules and regulations, including those relating to Safety, Security, Discipline and Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ Successfully complete the trainee Scheme which is conditional upon:
∎ o Attending assignments for period with real job objectives with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ o Completing such blocks in different areas/discipline.
∎ o Successful completion of each blocks assignment, as measured by a formal performance appraisal against the established performance criteria for the block.
∎ o Showing demonstrated development against Skills, Qualification, Experience and Competency.
∎ o Supporting the objectives and principles of the Scheme.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Required behavioral competencies, skill, knowledge and abilities as would be tested through proper written and interview assessment technique.
