Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates having BBA/MBA will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Branch Management, Customer Service, Effective Communication, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Retail Banking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branch Management, Customer Support/ Client Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Leasing, Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all customer queries and service requests at the branch level are being handled as per protocol.
∎ Ensure regular workflow of the branch in absence of Branch Manager/Branch in Charge/ Unit Manager.
∎ Ensure all liability account and all asset product related services at the branch level are being complied as per task guideline.
∎ Ensure all HR & administrative tasks at the branch level.
∎ Perform any other ad-hoc (non-regular) responsibilities given by line manager time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Maintaining compliance as per NBFIs rules and regulations.
∎ Must have computer literacy, specially in MS Word & Excel.
∎ Must have good communication & interpersonal relationship skill.
Salary: Negotiable
