Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge of network troubleshooting & basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs etc.)
∎ Configuration and installation of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
∎ Strong technical skills and understanding of computer hardware and software.
∎ Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active DirectoryBasic knowledge of Lectra or Gerber CAD software, troubleshooting issues related to software license functionality, installation and usage.
∎ Basic knowledge of  CAD Plotter/pattern cutter machine.
∎ Knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, and basic electrical workAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ Relevant Certifications: MCSA , CCNA or MTCNA
