∎ Initial knowledge on consumption.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Knowledge of different fabrics.
∎ Knowledge of production processes.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create reports, presentations, and data analysis efficiently.
∎ Flexibility in working hours, as the role may require occasional extended hours or weekend involvement based on the CEO’s schedule.
∎ Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments, taking minutes and following up on action items.
∎ Draft correspondence and communication materials on behalf of the CEO, including emails, letters and other documents.
∎ Ensure factory visits on a regular basis to expedite the required submissions to be received.
∎ Liaise between the CEO and department heads to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
∎ Prepare presentations and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
∎ Creating and maintaining product catalogs and databases.
∎ Analyzing and reporting on data to identify opportunities for product optimization and pricing adjustments.
∎ Developing pricing strategies and monitoring price changes in the market.
∎ Conducting regular store visits to monitor product displays and inventory levels.
∎ Ensure support to the merchandising supervisor for development and production.
