Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Textile Engineering/IPE/Fashion Designing/ Garments Manufacturing & Technology. Apparel Merchandising/Science Graduate from Reputed Public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Initially will be given theoretical and on job training for 06 months. After successful completion of training will be posted in different departments depending on their training result and attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive training and perform duties in different departments, such as; IE, Production, Quality, Technical, Dyeing, Knitting, Sample, CAD &Pattern, Merchandising, NFD, WKD, Fashion Designing, Store, Maintenance etc.
∎ Learns line and staff functions, operations, management view points, company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
∎ Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
∎ Observe experience workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
∎ Receive training in functions and operations and operations of related departments and to facilitate subsequent transfer ability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with strong initiative and is dynamic, self-committed, hardworking, quick learner and able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate must be fluent in English both written and oral and good in general Knowledge.
∎ Computer literacy with knowledge of e-communications is essential.
∎ The candidate has to visit the factories extensively.
∎ Fresher can apply but experience in related field is preferable.
