Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of textile manufacturing equipment.
∎ Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.
∎ Identify and report any issues or inefficiencies in the production process.
∎ Support the quality control team in inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
∎ Learn to use various quality control tools and techniques to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
∎ Participate in engineering projects aimed at process improvement, cost reduction, and innovation.
∎ Work on cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
∎ Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all engineering and production activities.
