Responsibilities & Context:
data edge limited is one of the leading ICT System Integration company in Bangladesh providing ICT solutions to its wide customer base in Bangladesh and abroad. data edge limited is looking for some suitable young professionals to assist its enterprise hardware support department.
As a Trainee Engineer, you will be part of core technical team, learning to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions for clients. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about systems engineering, cloud, storage, and enterprise technologies.
Install, support & maintenance of enterprise hardware systems including servers & storage systems, different enterprise hardware security systems, enterprise hardware solutions in different customers’ location all over the country.
Assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining HPE enterprise hardware and software solutions (e.g., servers, storage, networking).
Support senior engineers in system integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows), networking, and server infrastructure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a global tech environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud concepts, or enterprise storage systems.
Communicate/ escalate/ co-ordinate with customers & overseas partners for faster problem resolution.
Learn and apply best practices for system security, scalability, and resilience.
Participate in project planning, documentation, and client meetings.
