Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor network performance and uptime
∎ Configure network devices i.e. Wifi router, Switch etc.
∎ Maintain installation and configuration Logs & Records
∎ Communication with client according the complain
∎ Assist in regular maintenance of ISP infrastructure
∎ Maintain daily reports on activities network troubleshoot & customer issues
