Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Support and handle the client professionally.
Monitor network performance and uptime
Configure network devices i.e. Router, Switch, OLT etc.
Maintain installation and configuration Logs & Records
Communication with client according the complain
Assist in regular maintenance of ISP infrastructure
Maintain daily reports on activities network troubleshoot & customer issues
