Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must be at least graduate in any discipline with minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 and CGPA 4 out of 5 from a reputed university, having 1st Class throughout his/her career (from HSC onwards).

∎ Job Location: Selected candidates will have to serve the Bank at any of its branches/ offices in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age Limit: Prospective candidate must not be aged below 21 years and more than 30 years as on 01.09.2019. Maximum age for wards of freedom fighters is 32 years as on 01.09.2019.
∎ Nationality: Only Bangladeshi nationals can apply.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ TAO will get a monthly consolidated allowance of BDT 40,000/- during the one-year training period with the Bank. On successful completion of the training period (assessed by evaluation), he/she shall be placed in the grade of Assistant Officer.
