∎ We are looking for young, dynamic and energetic Officer / Manager in Payroll & School Banking Unit who has experience in the relevant fields of Banking sector. This candidate should have at least 02 to 05 years of proven experience in payroll business, school banking propositions and Retail products.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Payroll & School Banking yearly targets
∎ Achieve individual monthly business targets set by the management
∎ To visit various companies to book payroll accounts
∎ To ensure business growth of school banking and payroll team
∎ To organize payroll business promotions and school banking campaigns
∎ To meet regulatory requirements of school banking propositions
∎ Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis
∎ Ensure service excellence to the clients as per bank's policy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill. Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter
Salary:
