∎ We are looking for young, dynamic and energetic candidate in Retail Business Intelligence team who has strong skills in BI, MIS, Performance Management and Data Visualization of Banking sector. This candidate should have experience in Business Intelligence, Business Performance Management, MIS and Retail Products. This position is responsible to provide Business Intelligence related to Retail for measuring various business performances.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support in analyzing and monitoring Retail branches on their overall business intelligence
∎ Provide support in preparing employee wise Retail business performance and developing various performance management tools
∎ Prepare and present important Business Intelligence related to Retail Business
∎ Prepare business campaign performance reports and results
∎ Prepare Retail related regulatory reports
∎ Analyze data for market trends and patterns
∎ Design and develop various BI reports and Dashboard
∎ Provide support in Retail projects as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experiences in related fields of banking sector are preferred
∎ Should have strong knowledge in MS Office applications. Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access etc. Knowledge in database, Power BI, Tableau and SQL is preferable. Good interpersonal & communication skill. Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter
