∎ Job Context : Responsible to boost Retail business mainly Retail asset products and to achieve monthly target provided by the management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to sell retail asset products mainly; home loans and other relevant retail products
∎ Achieve business targets
∎ Planning, directing and managing of team members to acquire new business
∎ Team supervision and monitoring to achieve individual target of the team members
∎ To visit customer as and when required after successful identifying the right segment
∎ Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit to Sales Team Manager regularly
∎ Ensure proper filling up of application forms by clients
∎ Collection of all documents from the respective clients with all required documents by ensuring the authenticity of those documents
∎ Ensure Retail Loan attrition management
∎ Increase cross selling of Retail Products, i.e. Retail Liability and other Retail Products
∎ Ensure proper service provided to each and every customers as per bank's policy
Additional Requirements:
∎ 02-05 years of experience in Retail Asset Business. Expertise in Home Loan business will be given preference.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill. Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter
Salary:
∎ Negotiable / As per Bank`s policy
