∎ We are looking for young, dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager in Direct Sales Team (Liability Business) who has experience in Banking or Financial institution. This candidate should have at least 02 to 05 years of proven experience in Retail Liability Business and Retail Liability products.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve retail business targets
∎ Manage and coordinate the Retail Liability Sales Team to meet the business target.
∎ Monitor the quality and completeness of applications sourced by the Sales team
∎ Help and organize business promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.)
∎ Visit customers as and when required, after successfully identifying the right segment.
∎ Collect market information related to retail liability products.
∎ Resolve customer needs if required.
∎ Arrange training and development program for Retail Liability Sales Team
∎ Focus on creating value in the sales process.
∎ Find out about new markets and potential sectors for business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill. Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter
