∎ We are looking for young, dynamic and energetic candidate in Direct Business Risk Management (DBRM) team who has strong knowledge and skill in Direct Sales Team (DST) management, Sales governance and DST performance management. This candidate should have experience in Direct Sales Incentive & Performance Monitoring and Direct Business Performance Management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ DST Performance monitoring and incentives preparation
∎ Prepare, monitor and supervise DST performance issues
∎ Arrange and train Direct Sales officials on Retail Products
∎ To provide support to monitor and manage non-performers in retail sales team
∎ To provide support in arranging special campaigns for retail sales team
∎ Prepare and arrange regular reward and recognition program for retail sales team
∎ To provide support DST managers to monitor Direct Sales Team properly
∎ Ensure service standard and service excellence
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experiences in related fields of banking sector are preferred
∎ Should have strong knowledge in MS Office applications. Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc. Good interpersonal & communication skill. Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful and self-starter
Salary:
∎ Negotiable / As per Bank`s policy
