Adequate computer literacy and advanced knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Timely processing of assigned job as per bank standard process.
Maintaining and providing MIS for related activities on regular basis.
Ensuring compliance to AML policies and regulatory guidelines.
Proactively support other team members in daily work and also for completion of different projects as and when assigned.
Ensuring service excellence.
Maintaining confidentiality of customer and bank information.
Ensuring proper archival/ retrieval of documents.
Always strive for continuous improvement in operational service issues through positive and continuous communication and updates.
Ensuring integrity, reliability and timeliness in performing daily assigned job.
