Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for market development of Home/Auto Loan/Personal Loan products
∎ Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly individual KPI target
∎ Responsible for daily individual client visit
∎ Managing and coordinating of sales and service-related activities
∎ Continuous co-ordination and communication with supervisor regarding all sort of issues
∎ Maintaining client database
∎ Source and develop client referrals
∎ Schedule sales activity
∎ Good Communication & presentation skills
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
∎ Develop and make presentations of loan products and services to current and potential clients
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to develop positive, effective relationship with customers
∎ Effective verbal & written communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Willing to travel extensively
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
