Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor in Business/ Engineering/ Technology is preferred.
∎ Candidates with relevant certifications will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
∎ Good understanding of recent trends in digital product and service delivery.
∎ Will have a pivotal role in supporting the business department and meeting their needs in a time bound manner.
∎ Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals.
∎ Help departments use technology profitably.
∎ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
∎ Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
∎ Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
∎ Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
∎ Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
∎ Evaluate the cost efficiency of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to various business and technology solutions.
∎ Any other technology enabled initiative decided by the Bank from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 15 Years of experience and 10 years in relevant role. Must be 5 years of experience in senior leadership position. Good understanding of finance and Fintech industry. Knowledge and understanding of CBS.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Multitasking skills.
∎ Knowledge of best information security practices.
∎ Excellent leadership skills.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
