Job Responsibilities:
∎ market to expand/sustain structured finance and syndication business.
∎ To assist in achieving SFU business in terms of fees from syndication deals & multi-lateral deals.
∎ To assist in arranging transaction deals under syndication for raising fund.
∎ To conduct due diligence on the project proposal and facilitate preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model for the selected project, arranging project visits, Signing Ceremony, Road Show, etc.
∎ To assist in sourcing foreign currency fund for the Bank/Clients from Multi-laterals.
∎ To monitor/facilitate regular reporting to Multilaterals etc.
∎ To carry out agency function related to various syndication deals.
∎ To ensure SFU function is performed and completed on due time related to both transaction and agency deals.
