Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding and implementation of regulatory requirement (controls and mandates) in coordination with technology team.
∎ Administration and troubleshooting of Card Management System for daily activity.
∎ Implementation/configuration of new products/features and up gradation of existing products/features based on the requirement of card business and operation as well in coordination with technology team.
∎ Leading ongoing and upcoming projects/initiatives initiated by or relationship with cards.
∎ Bulk data processing and maintenance including credit card annual fee, renewal operation, business day open/close, etc.
∎ Regulatory (Bangladesh Bank, VISA, MasterCard, Union pay etc.) reporting compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in banking or related industries (joined as probationary officer/management trainee or equivalent) with at least 5 years in Cards Operations for handling reporting, system/ parameter set up, handling various card technical projects/ migration.
∎ High level of judgment and ability to manage complexities is necessary, given the portfolio dynamic. This job requires technical and analytical ability with high level of management and leadership skills.
∎ Develop and familiarize with the existing systems/software and build thorough knowledge of the front and back office processes of the products to ensure smooth running of the card portfolio/ business.
