6 months experience in similar exposure will get preference, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.
Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office packages.
Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
Responsibilities & Context:
Handling customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard.
Ensuring first contact resolution in every possible cases.
Effectively following up and escalating the queries and complaints where necessary.
