- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices

Responsibilities & Context:
The Textile Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating original textile designs and fashion collections that align with the company’s brand vision and market trends. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, a deep understanding of textiles, and the ability to translate concepts into commercially viable designs.
- Create original textile designs and patterns for fabrics, garments, and accessories.
- Develop mood boards, color palettes, and sketches to communicate design concepts.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and market demands.
- Plan and manage the design process from concept to final product, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and within budget.
- Monitor the quality of materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Address any production issues and provide solutions to maintain design integrity.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety and regulatory standards
