Job Context:
∎ Akij FMCG Limited, who currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Territory Sales Manager- TSM, who can develop and lead their team as well as the company`s sales.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Metro and Dhaka Division (Dhanmondi, Mirpur, Khilgaon, Bashabo, Motijheel), Savar, Manikganj, Gazipur, Keraniganj, Narayanganj, Narshindi, Munshiganj

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Driving primary and secondary sales in line with the company's growth target
∎ Managing distributors through providing support in distributors' business planning and execution
∎ Leading, developing and monitoring the field force and sales Officers to ensure the sales target
∎ Ensuring product availability and visibility through flawless execution of trade and merchandising activities in the market
∎ Driving the Basic Sales KPIs of Individuals and Teams.
∎ Developing Sales Officers' capability through planning, calendar preparation and coaching (classroom & on the job).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Analytical Ability, MS Office Application, Dealer Management, Excellent presentation and communication skills, Team Leader.
∎ Experience: Candidates having a minimum of 2-3 years experience as Territory Sales Manager (TSM) in FMCG Sales.

Salary: Negotiable
