Responsibilities & Context:
Akij FMCG Ltd. (a concern of Akij & Aziz Holdings) is looking for an experienced professional who can independently manage Factory Store Operations including Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Spare Parts Store, ensure proper inventory control, documentation, and support production requirement smoothly at factory level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day to day store operations (Raw Materials / Packaging Materials / Spare Parts / Finished Goods Store)
- Receive Materials as per GRN / PO and ensure quality & quantity check with QC/Concerned Dept.
- Ensure proper storage arrangement, FIFO implementation and HS code category segregation
- Monitor stock level, safety stock and reorder level and inform procurement if any stock below min level
- Maintain stock ledger, ERP/Software posting and ensure 100% data accuracy
- Issue materials to Production based on approved Requisition/Indent and record in the system
- Ensure proper housekeeping, storage condition, fire safety & pest control as per food safety standards
- Maintain compliance with ISO/FSMS audit requirements for store documentation
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, Accounts, and SCM for smooth inventory flow.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock report for Factory Management
