Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Ensure volume, value, and revenue growth within assigned territories.
· Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
Distributor Management
· Ensure adequate stock availability at distributor points.
· Ensure 100% market coverage of assigned territories.
· Develop and maintain efficient route plans.
· Increase numeric and weighted distribution.
Team Management
· Lead and supervise Sales Officers, SRs (Sales Representatives), and Distributor Sales Representatives.
· Conduct daily market visits and field coaching.
· Arrange training and development activities.
Trade Execution
· Ensure product visibility and merchandising standards.
· Implement trade promotions and consumer campaigns.
Market Intelligence
· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new launches.
· Gather market feedback and customer insights.
Reporting & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations departments.
