Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters for timely procurement and delivery of goods
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to avoid shortages or overstock
Assist in demand planning and replenishment based on sales forecasts
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory reports
Track inbound and outbound logistics and resolve delivery-related issues
Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures
Support cost control initiatives and help identify areas for efficiency improvement
Maintain proper documentation related to procurement, logistics, and inventory
