Achieve sales targets and ensure growth within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in all outlets
Manage and supervise the sales team (Sales Officers/Representatives)
Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain financial discipline
