The Terittory Incharge (TIC) is essentially the overall head of the assigned geographical zone, responsible for both strategic planning and operational execution.
Target Attainment: Achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set for the assigned zone or geographical area.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies by analyzing local market trends to drive business growth and market penetration.
Business Development: Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion and align them with the overall company goals.
Dealer/Distributor Network: Establish, manage, and maintain a robust network of dealers and distributors, ensuring a strong working relationship and monitoring their performance.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with key customers (large Khamari) and stakeholders, understanding their needs to ensure optimal service.
Credit Management: Oversee dealer credit limits and ensure timely collection of company receivables.
Market Analysis: Regularly collect and analyze information regarding competitors, their products, and general market activities.
Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare the zone`s annual budget, control expenditures, and provide regular performance reports (on sales, collections, and challenges) to senior management.
Inventory Control: Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate and quality-compliant product inventory at all times.
Marketing Activities: Plan and execute promotional and field marketing activities to increase the company`s brand value and customer awareness in the zone.
Farmer/Khāmārī Engagement: Organize technical seminars or meetings for Khamari (farm owners/ranchers) and veterinarians/consultants to communicate the technical and commercial benefits of the company`s feed products.
