Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
* Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
* Clearly explain courses and IT services to prospective clients
* Maintain confident, professional, and persuasive phone communication
* Achieve daily and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment
* Accurately update lead status and prepare daily call reports
* Work closely with counselors and the admission team to ensure conversions
Educational Qualification:
* Minimum HSC (Graduate preferred)
Experience:
* Freshers are encouraged to apply
* Telemarketing, Customer Service & sales experience will be an added advantage
Requirements:
* Strong Bangla communication skills
* Basic English speaking ability
* Confident, polite, and target-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days/week)
