United College of Aviation Science and Management (UCASM) is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join as Teaching Assistants (TA) for the following departments:
Department of Aeronautical Engineering
Department of BBA in Aviation Management
Department of English
Department of Mathematics

Position: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Employment Status: Full-time / Part-time
Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka
Educational Requirements
Aeronautical Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
BBA Aviation Management: Bachelor’s degree in BBA (Aviation Management) or Management.
English: Bachelor’s (Honors) or Master’s degree in English.
Mathematics: Bachelor’s (Honors) or Master’s degree in Mathematics.
Common Requirements:
Minimum CGPA 3.00 in Bachelor’s degree.
Strong academic background preferred.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Assist faculty members in conducting lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
Support students in academic tasks and project work.
Help prepare course materials, assignments, and examination scripts.
Maintain lab equipment (for Engineering & Science departments). If needed Classes also.
Perform departmental academic and administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of core subjects (e.g., Aerodynamics for AE; Management for BBA; Linguistics/Literature for English; Calculus/Linear Algebra for Math).
Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Bengali.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of relevant software (e.g., MATLAB/SolidWorks for AE) is an advantage.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
