∎ Responding to customer inquiries on Facebook pages and maintaining strong engagement.Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services.Handling customer queries and providing solutions over the phone.Maintaining CRM with proper customer follow-ups.Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
