• Prior experience in Copywriting or Content Writing is preferred.

• Strong writing skills in both Bengali and English.

• Creative thinking and excellent storytelling ability.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.

• Experience writing Facebook/Instagram ad copy is a plus.

• Knowledge of SEO basics is an added advantage.

• Strong research skills and understanding of audience psychology.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.

-Write creative copy for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), website, landing pages, and ad campaigns.

-Create attractive headlines, captions, taglines, and CTAs for products/services.

-Develop persuasive copy for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing.

-Ensure consistent content in line with the brand’s tone & voice.

-Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and media buyers.

-Analyze content performance and optimize copy for better results.

-Write copy in both Bengali and English as required.

-Propose new content ideas based on market trends and competitor analysis.

-Deliver work on time according to deadlines.
