Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct telesales/telemarketing calls to promote company products and services.
  • Handle outbound calls to generate leads and successfully close sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update call outcomes in the system.
  • Achieve assigned Daily and monthly sales targets within the given timeframe.
  • Ensure strong performance in a fast-paced call center sales operation environment.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Actively contribute to team performance by meeting KPIs and quality standards.
  • Support operational requirements, including overtime if required for business needs.
  • Continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales techniques to improve performance.
