Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential customers over the phone to generate sales leads.
∎ Making outbound calls to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
∎ Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate product or service recommendations.
∎ Explaining the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
∎ Answering questions and addressing concerns of customers.
∎ Achieving sales targets and quotas set by the company.
∎ Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
∎ Managing customer databases and updating customer information accurately.
∎ Keeping track of sales activities and submitting regular sales reports.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
