Responsibilities & Context:
Cold Calling: Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers or clients to promote products or services.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads through calls and gathering relevant information about potential customers.
Product or Service Promotion: Presenting and explaining products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and advantages.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance.
Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and providing necessary information to facilitate the sales process.
Market Research: Gathering feedback from customers regarding products or services, identifying market trends, and providing insights to the marketing or sales team.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company, and effectively utilizing sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Maintaining Records: Recording and updating customer information, call logs, and sales activity in the company's database or CRM system.
