Job Context:
∎ The person is responsible for Easylife customer to complete the app journey over the phone & ensure sales target
∎ Putting together a list of target companies within the area.
∎ Working for revenue targets and KPI’s as set by the sales supervisor
∎ Preparing sales & call log reports on a daily basis
∎ Monitor & inform burning issues to Supervisor
∎ Make sure KPI & other reporting sheet are accurate & up to date
∎ Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints beside sales performance
Job Responsibilities:

∎ Reporting & Data Analysis
