Making outbound calls: Initiating outbound calls to connect with potential customers or clients, promoting services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Respond to customer questions and objections professionally.
Managing and growing customer inquiries and providing customer support through phone calls and social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp)
